Description

With the Tesa-AutoLift system, two or four support legs equipped with powerful motors stabilize the vehicle with one push of a button. Tesa-AutoLift fully automatically ensures that the vehicle is level. There is no need to use driving wedges or jacks. The outriggers are galvanized for long life and have waterproof motors. The Tesa-AutoLift system is available in sets of two or four support legs offering better and more comfortable adjustment possibilities. The Tesa-AutoLift system can be retrofitted to all standard vehicle platforms (required free height of approx. 34 cm). With the four-motor Tesa AutoLift series, full comfort is achieved in a motorhome. The lifting capacity of each leg is 2000 kg. Thanks to the inspection function, the four support legs can level the vehicle automatically or manually. Automatic function is not possible with a set of two support legs. Regardless of the selected function mode, the vehicle levels and stabilizes quickly, even if the terrain is uneven. The Tesa-AutoLift system is suitable for vehicles with a maximum total weight of 5.5 tons.

Benefits

When the system is switched on from the control panel, automatic leveling of the vehicle or retracting of the outriggers can be started. Everything is conveniently handled by pressing a button on the remote control. Guaranteed quality, because the Tesa-AutoLift system is galvanized at the Fiat factory. The galvanization that is used is seven times stronger than conventional galvanization.

Safety

The support legs can only be used when the parking brake is engaged. If the parking brake is released or the ignition is switched on, a warning signal sounds so you can raise the outriggers before driving off. If the power supply is interrupted, the AutoLift support legs can be raised manually.

Easy to install

Delivery includes support legs, pre-connected central unit, control panel, remote control and cables. Thanks to the included extension pieces, the length of the support legs can be adjusted from 300 mm to 420 mm in small increments. The length of the adjustment remains constant at 180 millimeters.

Advantages of a mechanical system

Tesa is the only manufacturer in Europe of electromechanical support legs. The difference between a mechanical and a hydraulic system is the weight of the vehicle. The AutoLift system is suitable for vehicles weighing up to 5.5 tons, while certain hydraulic systems can lift even heavy trucks. Most RVs and caravans are lighter, which makes a mechanical system the optimal solution for them.

The mechanical system is not dependent on oil and thus needs no maintenance.

The mechanical system works without oil and is therefore suitable for extreme temperatures.

A hydraulic system has more lateral pressure than a mechanical system.

The mechanical system is not disturbed by small dust particles in the system.

The mechanical system does not lose pressure even during long support or if there is not enough oil.
